Sohamworld encompasses the ideals with which the associated companies and enterprises of the Soham Group are built.
It begins with the Group's initiatives in the realty sector where we are involved in the development of individual buildings, iconic towers, layout projects, and integrated townships.
We have partnered with the Amber Group (Soham Realty), Mirah Group (Luxora Projects), Aanya Investment Management (FDI projects), and Pruksa Group of SE Asia for township projects.
The group is developing more than 25 million square feet of realty in the coming decade in its first round of activities.

Indo Global Sourcing a Sohamworld company that is involved in global sourcing of materials for the construction, infrastructure, and hospitality industries.
Ace Ventures - a Sohamworld company that offers structured means of investment into the realty business offering a combination of attractive returns with a well defined exit route.
Ace Ventures shall also sell real estate for empanelled developers and investors.
Value Engineering: To fulfill its goal of offering reasonably priced quality housing across all price points, Sohamworld has appointed a Task Force to value engineer construction activities to achieve significant cost savings , technology and quality enhancement.
Green Initiatives: Green Force is a Sohamworld company that is involved in a variety of "green initiatives" of the group. The company is present in the renewable energy sector as an EPC contractor setting up solar power generation units, as well as in other green activities such as waste recycling, rain water harvesting, and power generation from waste etc.
CSR activities: Whereas the business entities of the Group are focused on delivering value and generating profits. Soham Foundation - the CSR wing of the group focuses on community service initiatives in the field of education, health, and wellness, and environment.
Sohamworld completes the cycle from generating wealth and using it for the good of the community at large. In doing so, it uses the wealth created from realty, to reshape the reality that surrounds us.
