Focused on NRI and FDI funded projects
Aanya Properties was formed in response to the government's opening up of the industry to FDI funding in big development projects so as to meet the large gap in housing availability.
The Group was set up in 2007, bringing together Soham Developers with eminent NRI's and investment bankers from UK. The main objective of the group is to develop FDI compliant real estate projects for MIG and HMIG segments.
The initial project of the group is a layout project in Thane and a large mixed use integrated township in Nagpur, one of the fast growing metros of Maharashtra.
