Soham World's Luxora group has formed a joint venture with Pruksa Real Estate – a realty major with significant presence in the property market of Thailand; that is now expanding its presence in India, Vietnam and Maldives.
Pruksa is a leader in mass housing projects for the large MIG segment. Its prefabricated construction technology dramatically cuts down the lead time for construction with enhanced quality standards, thus achieving time and cost benefits.
Soham World plans to develop about 5 township projects with Pruksa in Maharashtra in its first round of operations.
The group is presently developing townships at Pimplas Thane in MMR region
